We understand that sometimes plans change. At The Arts Boutique, we strive to accommodate all our customers fairly while ensuring our artists and classes are respected. As our services are primarily in-person art classes, workshops, and events, our refund and cancellation policy reflects the nature of these bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel a class or workshop booking up to 48 hours before the session starts for a full refund or credit towards a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable due to preparation and limited seating.

If a session is cancelled by The Arts Boutique due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or low enrolment, customers will be offered a choice of a full refund or rescheduling to another date.

No-shows

If a customer fails to attend a booked class or workshop without notifying us, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be used for any class, workshop, or event unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products

If we offer any downloadable content in the future, please note that all digital product sales will be final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
