Welcome to The Arts Boutique. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided through it, including class bookings, workshop tickets, and any purchases made via our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings for classes, workshops, or events must be made in advance via our website. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the session starts. Any cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If The Arts Boutique needs to cancel a session, we will offer you a full refund or the opportunity to rebook.
Behaviour & Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others, the instructor, and the studio space. The Arts Boutique reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with our code of conduct.
Liability
The Arts Boutique is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during attendance at our classes or events. Please ensure children are dropped off and picked up promptly and that any allergies or medical conditions are disclosed at the time of booking.
